Life coaching? Is that similar to therapy?” Prior to starting my coaching sessions with Bryan, I had no idea what a life coach was and why some times, they are necessary to an individual who is at a crossroads in life. I was very skeptical during my first session, as someone who is very private it was hard to open up or even admit certain things. Our sessions would always begin with topics I wanted to discuss. However, throughout the conversation, Bryan would take me down so many different avenues; avenues I had no idea existed. Topics/questions that seemed like they existed only on the surface were actually deeply rooted and Bryan brought that out. He has this way of really seeing through your bullshit and to the heart of the issue. He would always say, “what has you asking this?” “What has us here?” To which I would always respond, “I don’t know, I’m not sure.” But the truth is, I did know and Bryan helped me get there. He helped me to see all the things and people I was putting before myself and my dreams. He challenged me to trust myself, my instincts and to just be without seeking permission. After my coaching sessions, I truly feel like I am living out my true essences.

I have worked with a few life coaches to help me gain the professional direction I needed.  I decided to try Bryan for my next session. Bryan was amazing!  He has a very gentle approach and gives you the space you need to process. He held me accountable and asked what was needed from his end to ensure I met my goals. Life coaching is Bryan’s true calling.
